About me
I'm a former marathoner, corporate leader, wellness coach, speaker, and author of Running Into Me: How I Stopped Racing and Found Myself. I'm fascinated by what happens when active women redefine performance—not by doing more, but by learning to listen to the signals their bodies and lives are sending them.I'd love to connect with anyone interested in endurance sports, strength training, healthy aging, women's health, sustainable performance, burnout and reinvention, speaking, writing, or building a purpose-driven business. And if you've ever had to rethink your relationship with movement because of injury, illness, or a major life transition, I'd especially love to hear your story.
